BC Strata team was looking to reduce energy costs throughout a condo project. One area we looked was to replace 32W T8 lamps in their underground parking area. Could we reduce energy and labour, and still keep light levels?

Solution:

50,000 hour LED Bypass 18W replaced 1:1 the T8 Lamps. We reduced energy and reduced labour to replace burnt units. Installed a total of 139 units.
